Anthony Chee Fook, NgCA(M), FCCA(UK), ACTIM

Anthony Ng has  more  than  20  years  work  experience  in  professional  practice  and 8 years in the corporate sector. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK), a member of  the  Malaysian Institute of Accountants and  an  Associate  member  of  the  Chartered  Tax  Institute  of  Malaysia  and  obtained  the bulk of his professional training in the United Kingdom.

He thrives on not knowing exactly what each day will bring from his very varied client portfolio and enjoys the challenge of working with clients to grow or improve their businesses. It is through this close working relationship that Anthony gains real job satisfaction – getting to know his clients as people, not just sets of accounts.

A keen advocate of positive thinking, Anthony sees one of his key roles being the encouragement and motivation of his staff to bring positivity to every client contact. He realise how clients’ opinions are formed, not just from their experience with the partners, but with every member of the CFN team.

Anthony also has significant experience in specialist audits is also responsible for the corporate finance work across the firm covering the following specialist services:

• Management buy-outs and buy-ins

• Business/share valuations
• SST implementation and advisory

June Guat Hong, GanCA(M), FCCA(UK), ACTIM

June Gan who was also trained in the United Kingdom, has been in professional  practice for more than 15 years and the corporate sector for more than 10 years. Her last appointment before joining the Firm was as Financial Controller for a German multi-national company group operating in Malaysia.

She specializes in corporate advisory matters, company regulatory and compliance matters including system, controls and processes of business operations as well as tax compliance matters and human resources issues.

June’s wealth of expertise is invaluable as is her approach of building strong and proactive relationships with the clients to help solve their business issues. June also gains satisfaction from giving sound corporate and personal tax advice within the tax frame work. After all, everyone likes to pay less tax!
